Luxe Hair Extensions & Co supplies 100% Human Hair extensions with full cuticle intact and aligned. Our hair has undergone minimal processing to ensure the integrity of the hair. Our hair extensions life span is 12 months however; this varies depending on customer aftercare. Excessive colouring, heat styling and how you care for the hair will greatly affect the lifespan of the hair extensions.
Luxe Hair Extensions & Co is not liable for any damage, loss or injury arising out of the use or inability to use the products on this website. It is always recommended to have our hair extensions installed by a reputable & trained salon professional.
AFTERCARE
Do not use any products that contain Protein, Sulphate, Keratin or contain a high alcohol content.
Use hydrating & Moisturizing hair extension products only.
Brush the hair extensions daily.
Always dry your hair extensions, especially before sleeping. Do not go to bed with wet or damp hair.
Aways use professional semi colours. Do not use box or supermarket colours.
Do not bleach, bleach wash or colour remove the hair extensions.
Do not swim in the ocean, salt water or chlorine with your hair extensions. It may dry them out.
Do not get sunscreen on the hair extensions. This will cause a chemical reaction and turn them orange. Be careful when applying sunscreen to your body not to let your hair touch your body after.
Heat styling products are not to be used higher than 180 degrees. Excess heat styling can cause the hair to dry out and change colour.
Hair extensions can and do fade depending on the colour of the hair extensions, what products are being used & heat styling tools. Luxe Hair Extensions & Co Pty Ltd are not liable for any change of colour of the hair extensions.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, washed, coloured or toned with any chemical or hair colouring product. Orders will not be accepted for a return or exchange if the hair has been taken out of the packet, worn or ties removed from the hair extensions.
Returns or exchanges are not available for orders past the 7 day return window.
If you want to make a return you must first contact us at sales@luxehairextensions.org within 7 days. Please note that all approved returns will incur a 5% handling fee and you will be required to pay for postage.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We stand by the quality of our products! If you believe you have received a faulty product, please email us at sales@luxehairextensions.org and we will investigate any issues you may have.
SHIPPING
We ship Australia wide!
All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM will be processed next business day.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Shipping is free for orders over $1000.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package.

If you have ordered the wrong colour, don't worry! Email us and we can arrange an exchange.
