SHIPPING

We ship Australia wide & internationally!

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12PM AUS time will be processed next business day.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes. 

Shipping is free for orders over $1000 in Australia Only.

 

International Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price of your hair and are the customer’s responsibility to pay. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. After your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping times, delays, and delivery issues are outside of our control. For any updates regarding transit or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
